All items are subject to availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and offered an alternative or refund.

We accept secure online payments via Payfast. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods, processing times may vary slightly.

6. Delivery

Delivery typically takes:
 • 2–5 business days for major cities (e.g. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban).
 • 5–7 business days for outlying or rural areas.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that items are:
- Unused and in original condition  
- In original packaging

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
