REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges  
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that items are:
- Unused and in original condition  
- In original packaging

Refunds  
Refunds are only issued for:
- Defective items  
- Incorrect items received  

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items  
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Order changes & cancellations  
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, processing may have already begun.
